Privacy Policies:

Here at Rust and Rope, your privacy is "top priority". We do not trade, sell, barter, or give away any personal and private information regarding our customers with any person, or any other company. We do not "Spam" our customers with unwanted emails.   We use the information you provide to us for the purpose of filling your order in a timely and responsible manner.

   Shipping:

For the most part all orders are shipped via UPS.  If shipping is cheaper and faster using USPS I will ship Postal Service and refund the extra shipping amount.  I will always email the tracking numbers so you know when your item(s) have shipped and when they will arrive. 

   Returns:

Returns are accepted if we are notified within 7 days that there is a problem with the order.  A "problem" includes damage from shipping, or the item you receive is not what is ordered.  For example, you ordered French Natural tacks and you recieved Nickel tacks.  Every order is custom made to your specifications so please contact me if you feel there is an issue with your order.  We will work hard to make sure it is made right if possible.  Shipping and return shipping charges are not refunded.
