Just a little about us at Rust and Rope

Rust and Rope has been an evolving idea for many years.  I had started making gifts for friends and relatives way back when and began to have more and more people asking for different things.  The opportunity arose to reduce my “real job” hours as a nurse and begin working hard at making Rust and Rope a reality.  It had taken a bit longer than originally expected to get everything into place and now with the economy the way it is,  I have had to go back to work full time, as you all know life does continue to go on, and our two little boys remind us of that everyday!!  Taking time out for family is very important to us.  Jason and I grew up in a small ranching and farming community in rural Nevada and both were instilled with old- fashioned values and work ethic that we have applied to the business as well.  

We also raise registered American Quarter Horses.  We are avid team ropers and so we train most of our young horses for roping, and always have a few nice horses for sale.

Knowing that we are a relatively young business, we will work hard to earn your trust and hopefully, your repeat business. We are offering well made, reasonably priced items and will stand behind our work. If there is a problem we will make it right.  Please know that your items will be shipped as soon as they are finished, however it may take a few weeks.
